Grievance and Refund Policy

  

Grievance Policy for Training Attendees

We are committed to providing a high-quality and respectful training environment for all participants. If you have a concern or complaint regarding any aspect of the training—including course content, instructor conduct, facilities, accessibility, or participant interactions—we encourage you to express your concerns so they can be addressed promptly and respectfully.

Procedure for Filing a Grievance:

  • Submit      your complaint in writing via email to Kristin Krippa at kristinkrippa@ncpsychologist.com.
  • Please include:
    • Your name and contact information
    • The date(s) of the incident or concern
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Any  steps you have already taken to resolve or address the problem, if applicable

Review Process:

  • All grievances will be reviewed promptly and confidentially.
  • You will receive a written acknowledgment of your complaint within five business days.
  • Kristin Krippa will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, consult with relevant parties to reach a resolution.
  • You will be informed in writing of the outcome and any actions taken to address your grievance within 30 days of receipt.

Refund Policy

Registration for this training will end 3 days prior to the training start date. Same day registration cannot be accommodated. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the training. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the training start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. Deposits and payments may be applied to future training.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 29 days prior to the training start date are not eligible for a refund. All deposits and payments may be applied to future training. This includes ICST Level 1-4. Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to Level 1 start date.
  • There will be no refund for Levels 3 and 4 once Level 1 and 2 have been taken.


To request a refund, please email Kristin Krippa at kristinkrippa@ncpsychologist.com with your name, the training date, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request.
