If you have a concern or complaint regarding any aspect of the training—including course content, instructor conduct, facilities, accessibility, or participant interactions—we encourage you to express your concerns so they can be addressed promptly and respectfully.

Refund Policy
Registration for this training will end 3 days prior to the training start date. Same day registration cannot be accommodated. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the training. Our refund policy is as follows:
To request a refund, please email Kristin Krippa at kristinkrippa@ncpsychologist.com with your name, the training date, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request.
