Grievance Policy for Training Attendees

We are committed to providing a high-quality and respectful training environment for all participants. If you have a concern or complaint regarding any aspect of the training—including course content, instructor conduct, facilities, accessibility, or participant interactions—we encourage you to express your concerns so they can be addressed promptly and respectfully.

Procedure for Filing a Grievance:

• Submit your complaint in writing via email to Kristin Krippa at kristinkrippa@ncpsychologist.com.
• Please include:
  • Your name and contact information
  • The date(s) of the incident or concern
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Any  steps you have already taken to resolve or address the problem, if applicable

Review Process:

• All grievances will be reviewed promptly and confidentially.
• You will receive a written acknowledgment of your complaint within five business days.
• Kristin Krippa will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, consult with relevant parties to reach a resolution.
• You will be informed in writing of the outcome and any actions taken to address your grievance within 30 days of receipt.
•  Complaints or grievances that are subject to reporting requirements established by an approving or credentialing organization will be reported in accordance with the applicable requirements.

Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

A $350 non-refundable registration fee is included in tuition.

Cancellations within 30 days of initial registration are eligible for a refund of amounts paid over the $350 non-refundable registration fee. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.

Participants enrolled in a payment plan remain responsible for the full tuition amount and any remaining installments, regardless of attendance or completion of the training.

When possible, registration may be transferred one time to the next scheduled offering of the credential training, subject to availability. Transfers cannot be carried forward beyond the next scheduled offering. If tuition has increased, the participant is responsible for the difference between the original tuition and the tuition in effect for the training they attend. 

To request a cancellation, refund, or transfer, please email Kristin Krippa at the email address above with your name, training date, and request. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days. 

Attendance Policy

Full attendance is required for all scheduled training hours in order to receive continuing education credit and complete the requirements of the credential training.

Because this is an experiential, group-based training, missed training hours cannot be made up through individual instruction. Participants are responsible for reviewing the training dates and schedule prior to registration and ensuring they are available to attend all required training hours.

If you anticipate a circumstance that may affect your ability to participate fully in the training, please contact Kristin Krippa prior to registration to discuss your needs and whether participation is feasible.

Accessibility and Accommodations
We are committed to providing access to training programs in accordance with applicable law. Participants who may require an accommodation are encouraged to contact Kristin Krippa prior to registration whenever possible to discuss their needs and available accommodations.
